Breakfast

We offer a full cooked breakfast, and includes the following items:

  • Fruit juice

  • Cereals

  • Yoghurts

  • Fresh fruit salad

  • Dried fruits in apple juice

  • Grapefruit

  • Preserves: Honey, jam, marmalade

  • Wholemeal and white toast

  • Bacon

  • Tomatoes

  • Eggs: Fried, scrambled, poached, boiled

  • Mushrooms

  • Fried bread

  • Sausage

  • Baked beans

  • Pan-fried potatoes

  • Kippers.

Porridge and smoked haddock are available with prior notice.

Dinner

Evening meals are available with prior notice. We enjoy preparing and presenting tasteful dishes using the finest Welsh ingredients wherever possible. International dishes and vegetarian meals can be prepared if required. We can offer a two or three course evening meal.

When booking, please let us know of any special dietary requirements, for example, vegetarian, and especially any foods to be avoided.

We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but you are free to bring your own wines. We do not charge corkage.

We provide a set meal for the day with a choice of two sweets. The following menu is an indication of what we provide:

  • Starter : Mushrooms filled with pate, deep fried, and presented in a red wine sauce

  • Main course : Beef bourgignon with herby dumplings and a selection of fresh vegetables

  • Choice of sweets : Pineapple cheesecake & Rhubarb crumble
