Pentre Ifan is a splendid burial chamber with a huge capstone delicately poised on three uprights. The burial chamber dates back to about 3500 BC and stands on the slopes of a ridge commanding extensive views over the Nevern Valley.
Pentre Ifan is signposted off the A487 between Eglwyswrw and Newport, and there is parking at the site.
