St Dogmaels local producers market is held every Tuesday morning from 9am – 1pm, all year round providing a valued service for the residents of the village. It also draws customers from far and wide.

This small weekly market is held under the ruins of St Dogmaels Abbey, and overlooks the Mill pond and the working water mill. The bread made from the stone ground flour is actually sold in the market.

The dedicated stallholders can tell you all about their produce - you won’t find fresher food, with less food miles, unless it’s home grown! There are usually around 12 – 15 stall holders selling a selection of locally produced meats, longhorn beef, lamb and mutton from Carn Edward in the Gwaun Valley, cured meats from Gwallia and Cwm Charcuterie, seasonal locally caught fish and shellfish from Cardigan Bay Fish, freshly baked bread from Y Felin, local cheeses from Caws Cenarth, and much else besides.

There is often live music, and you can get a coffee or even some lunch there at the Coach House Café.
